Megan Meyer began her drag racing career in 2004 behind the wheel of a Junior Dragster before she became a 2x World Champion in the male-dominated NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster class. She is the daughter of award-winning tuner and driver, Randy Meyer, and competes alongside her little sister, 2021 NHRA World Champion Rachel Meyer. The Meyer Sisters hold records for the quickest and fastest passes down the quarter-mile strip in their NHRA nitro-injected dragsters. Megan had an incredible first season earning rookie and driver of the year before winning the 2019 and 2020 world championship and re-setting the oldest track record in the NHRA running a 5.090 quarter-mile second pass.
She stepped away from driving duties to start a family at the end of 2020 and has since returned in a part-time capacity managing the Randy Meyer Racing team.
When she's not racing, Megan is growing her motorsports marketing agency and supporting Shift Up Now - an organization dedicated to helping talented female athletes have the funding to compete professionally in motorsports. Megan has overcome many obstacles as a female driver and continues to grow a professional brand while pushing the boundaries of drag racing.
