Next week, Ford will reveal the seventh-generation Mustang, MY 2024, at the Detroit Auto Show.

Car and Driver thinks its artist's rendition of the new Mustang is darn close if not spot on, but Ford is holding back actual photos to build the excitement.

The magazine says the base model will continue to be powered by a turbocharged EcoBoost inline-four, while a Ford official recently said that Ford will continue to offer a V-8.

The next generation Mustang will be revealed on September 14th, 2022.

Hold your horses for a few more days, Mustang fans. It should be worth the wait!
