This previous weekend, RYNO Classifieds was on hand for the Ames Performance Pontiac Nationals and had a chance to check out all the drag-racing Ponchos stormin' down the track.

Wheels up seemed to be the motto of the weekend as street cars and pro cars took advantage of the low density altitude, sticky track conditions and tuned engines to get off to a blazing start.

Thanks to Mary on the racetrack's staff for getting us up close and personal to all the great drag-race action, like this fourth-gen Trans Am squatting hard on its rear whees.
