The new Corvette Z06 will be the least expensive of the world's exotic supercars. That information comes to us from GM Authority, which compared the 8th generation Corvette flagship against Europe's finest driving machines (and a domestic supercar, too).

With a starting MSRP of $106,395, the 2023 Corvette Z06 is less than half the retail price of the Lamborghini Huracán EVO ($262,000), about one-third the retail price of the 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB ($317,985), and a less than one-quarter of the price of the 2022 Ford GT ($500,000).

Thanks to a 5.5L V-8, the new Z06 will crank out 670 horsepower, which gives it more get up and go than a 2023 Porsche 911 Turbo and a Mercedes AMG GT.

Although the new 2023 Corvette is breathtaking, don't hold your breath for it. Chevrolet dealers have tens of thousands of names on their waiting lists for the Z06. If you're not at the top of one of those lists, it may be 2024, 2025 or even 2026 before you can get one.
