It's part of the 2023 Cadillac Track Edition CT4s that will become available in Spring 2023.

Limited to 99 units each (that's 297 in total for the three track-specific sub-models), each will feature IMSA decals, striping, special brake caliper finishes, track decals, a serial plate, a shifter medallion, and a builder’s plate. The Road Atlanta IMSA Edition will also feature a unique red finish for the sideview mirror caps. All Track Edition Blackwings come equipped with the Carbon Fiber 1 and Carbon Fiber 2 packages.

The Watkins Glen IMSA Edition and Sebring IMSA Edition will be available with either Sky Cool Gray or Signet upholstery, while the Road Atlanta IMSA Edition will be available in either Sky Cool Gray or Adrenaline Red.

This isn't the first time Cadillac has released limited-editions based upon its racing in the IMSA series. In 2018, Cadillac produced an IMSA Championship Edition ATS-V and CTS-V, which are now collectors' items.
