Top State License Plates. Where Does Your State Rank?

From the days of black and yellow California license plates, I've been fascinated with the coolest looking license plates our 50 United States have churned out.
Apparently, I'm not the only one.
Autoblog.com ranked license plates from the coolest to the least coolest and, truth be told, my favorite modern license plate came in at number two!
Their top 5 are:
Colorado
New Mexico
Vermont
Hawaii
Delaware
So what state came in dead last?
Michigan. But don't worry those of you in the land of Motor City and beyond. There's always room for improvement.
