By 2030, Ford's Lincoln brand will be 100% electric as both of Detroit's luxury brands plug into the future.

That news hit the wire today when Dearborn's other famous car brand announced its plans for an all-electric future.

It starts next year with Lincoln's first electric vehicle and things start moving quickly from there. By 2025, half of Lincoln's products will be all-electric.

According to Car and Driver, "The new electric SUV will be around the size of the Aviator and will look similar to the Zephyr Reflection concept car."

So will there be an all-electric Town Car or Continental in the Lincoln's future all-electric line-up? We'll have to wait to see.
