I grew up in a home where my father was not around and I found myself getting into a lot of trouble and headed to a early grave. By the grace of god my neighbor took me under his wing and introduced me to drag racing and took me to a NHRA event. Just the feeling and rush sitting in the stands as a top fueler made its run was enough to get me rethinking my life. We built a lil ford ranger big tire truck in early 90s and I was by his side threw it all. This definitely saved my life. I’m a one person team and it’s definitely hard but worth it and has kept me clean for 15years and the rush has never gone away.
