My name is Laci Ferno and I am a 17-year-old female racecar driver. I have been racing for 3 years but have wanted to race forever. My mom always thought it was too dangerous and was very hesitant to let me go racing, but that all changed when my dad had a massive heart attack in late 2017. This flipped my family's life upside down and mom finally let me go racing so my dad and I could make as many memories as possible. Ever since then, I have never looked back. In just 3 years of racing, I have won 11 a-main features, 40+ heats and poles, as well as a track championship. I have also built my social media audience and have amassed over 30,000 followers across all platforms. Aside from social media and on-track performance, I have begun my own organization called RIPPIN' FOR A CURE, which is racing for heart disease awareness.
