Hello, my name is Matt. I am from Appleton, WI. It is about 25 minutes outside of Green Bay. I am a father of 3 daughters and sports is our life. Between softball, basketball, and volleyball they definitely keep me busy all year around. My hobbies are racing, shooting pool and volleyball. My local track is Wisconsin International raceway (WIR) in Kaukauna. I have been going there since I was a kid. My favorite driver to watch was always Matt Kenseth when he came to WIR. Fast forward some years and my passion for racing took a turn as I started to help out a good friend with his figure 8 car. He became a very successful and accomplished driver. Pretty soon I found myself strapped in a back up car to give it a try. I never looked back. 2018 I team drove with another friend who grew up in a racing family for the first year. During the off season both felt we wanted more seat time. He kept the car and I got my own. 2019 and 20 was full of up and downs with the car working off a low budget but eventually we got there. 2021 and 22 we picked up experience, seat time and speed. 3 wins and a Red, White and Blue State title. My crew isn't large, I have a few guys who help out when I need it and I do the same for them as well. I work out of a small 2 stall garage at home but make the best of it. I am looking forward to try and better myself every single race.
