Needs brakes
I have the rest of the plug wires you will just need to plug them in.
To start without starter fluid and stay running, will need to put fuel pump in which I do have. Will also need a fuel filter as well as wheels and a oil change, then it's good to go.
No Title just got it and I haven't gotten it switched over.
