3.2 Liter 5 speed manual transmission, Gloss Black exterior paintwork with contrasting Black leather interior. Body has received full steel “Slant Nose” Cabriolet Conversion with steel louvered front fenders and steel “Turbo-Look” bodywork to rear. The “Whale Tail” and 3rd brake light are also present (US Spec). This work was done to a very high standard. This car originally left the factory as a Targa.
Interior is beautiful, just as Porsche intended with the addition of a period stereo, and Porsche Motorsport style steering wheel. The black Soft Top is in excellent working order, and completes this Triple Black example well. Body work is straight in appearance and paintwork is in excellent condition for its age. Previously owned by a Porsche enthusiast this example has been cared for well since 1995.
The 3.2 was the 80’s pinnacle of Porsche engineering with the 3.2 producing 231hp a power increase of 27hp over its 3.0 predecessor. The addition of white-faced dials have been retro fitted, Staggered Fuchs Alloys & Falken Tires complete this 80’s iconic Porsche 911.
This example has been located in the dry State of Texas USA and has benefited from the warmer climate showing before you in the condition it does today. Dash top has zero cracks, seats show minimum wear as well as all floor carpeting. Engine bay represents very well, clean and factory specification, even down to the factory air box, the front luggage area is also the same, factory carpeting throughout and very clean.
