This listing is for a set of four, PIAA Rozza wheels in used condition. I would deem them “okay”, as they came used with flaking clear coat requiring me to lay gray paint to keep from further rash. Could use a respray, or powder coating. The tires mounted to them appear to be in good shape, but are old. I would recommend replacing them.
